The Role

The Account Executive is the engine of the Acquisitions department at Fazio Real Estate Solutions. You work live seller and agent leads across multiple markets, negotiate off-market contracts, and close deals that move this company forward.

This is not a role for people who want to try real estate. It is a role for people who are ready to commit to it at a professional level, develop real negotiation skills, and build a career in acquisitions that compounds over time.

What You Will Do

Work live seller and agent leads across multiple markets including wholesale, novation, creative finance, and subject-to deal types
Conduct seller qualification calls to identify motivation, condition, timeline, and price
Negotiate and secure off-market contracts on behalf of the company
Submit a minimum of 15 qualified offers per week and maintain consistent seller talk time
Log all leads, interactions, offers, and deals in ReSimply CRM same day
Attend the daily Acquisitions team huddle and collaborate with Transaction Success on all signed contracts
Work within company compliance standards across all active markets

Ability to handle rejection, stay consistent, and improve from every conversation
Coachable mindset with a high standard for personal accountability
Disciplined CRM habits and attention to follow-through
No prior real estate license required -- we train the right people

Compensation

Starting Commission

12.5%

Flat rate during your 90-day evaluation period

Standard Commission

15%

Flat rate after evaluation or after 3 deals, whichever comes first

Up to 22.5%
