What You Will Be Responsible For

The Account Executive is the front line of Fazio's acquisition operation. Every deal starts here. You work live leads, build relationships with motivated sellers and agents, negotiate contracts, and hand signed deals to the Transaction Success team. You are not a paper pusher or an order taker. You are a closer, a problem solver, and the face of Fazio in every seller conversation you have.

Lead Management and Response
  • Respond to inbound seller and agent leads within minutes of assignment, speed to contact is one of the most critical variables in this role
  • Contact new prospects by phone, text, and email with urgency and professionalism
  • Follow the established contact and follow up cadence from first touch through close or disqualification
  • Re-engage dormant leads in the pipeline that show renewed potential with a fresh approach and full CRM documentation
  • Support Closing Assistance leads passed from within the team where a stronger closer is needed
  • Maintain a fully updated pipeline in ReSimply CRM at all times with accurate notes, statuses, and follow up plans on every lead
Seller Qualification and Relationship Building
  • Build genuine rapport with homeowners in challenging situations including foreclosure, probate, estate sales, liens, and distressed conditions
  • Identify and qualify the four pillars on every lead: motivation, condition, timeline, and price
  • Ask smart questions and listen more than you talk
  • Navigate objections with confidence, composure, and integrity at every stage of the conversation
  • Position Fazio as the right solution for the seller's specific situation without overpromising or misrepresenting
Negotiation and Contract Execution
  • Submit a minimum of 15 qualified written or verbal offers per week
  • Negotiate deals that meet the company buy box and protect Fazio's margin at a minimum assignment fee of $20,000 every deal
  • Identify and propose the right exit strategy for each deal including wholesale, novation, creative finance, option, or listing referral
  • Draft and send agreements using DocuSign with accuracy and speed
  • Secure management approval on all contracts before handoff to the Transaction Success team
  • Coordinate property access, photos, and same page conversations with sellers ahead of Dispositions handoff
CRM Discipline and Team Collaboration
  • Maintain 10 or more hours of recorded seller talk time per week
  • Log all activity, notes, offers, and follow ups in ReSimply CRM same day without exception
  • Attend the daily Acquisitions huddle every day without exception
  • Collaborate with the Transaction Success team to ensure a smooth contract to close handoff
  • Communicate with Dispositions on deal readiness, pricing context, and seller nuances that affect the assignment
  • Escalate deal strategy questions and difficult negotiations to your VP or Director in real time

How We Measure Performance

An Account Executive at Fazio is measured by contracts signed, deals closed, and the revenue those deals generate. You will know you are excelling when your pipeline is full, your CRM is clean, your offers are consistent, and your closed deals reflect the standard of quality this team operates by. The AE who thrives here is not the one who works the hardest one week. It is the one who shows up with the same urgency and execution every single day.

Availability and Compensation

Real estate does not always operate on a Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 schedule. While this role is not structured to demand evenings or weekends, there are occasions where light activity, a time-sensitive message, or a deal update may surface outside of standard hours. This is the exception, not the rule. That said, we want to understand your flexibility and your commitment to the mission.

Compensation Overview

This is a performance-based contracted role. Compensation is earned per deal closed with monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities tied to volume, speed, accuracy, and the experience you create for every party involved. Account Executives at Fazio typically earn between $2,500 and $7,500 per month depending on deal volume and assignment fee size. Closers consistently hitting three or more deals per month at the $20,000 or above assignment fee level earn well above that range. Full compensation details are shared during the interview process.
