The Account Executive is the entry point into a clearly defined growth track at Fazio. High performers are developed toward Senior Account Executive and then VP of Acquisition Strategies. We build from within and the closers who execute with consistency and integrity here do not stay at one level for long.

The Account Executive is the front line of Fazio's acquisition operation. Every deal starts here. You work live leads, build relationships with motivated sellers and agents, negotiate contracts, and hand signed deals to the Transaction Success team. You are not a paper pusher or an order taker. You are a closer, a problem solver, and the face of Fazio in every seller conversation you have.
An Account Executive at Fazio is measured by contracts signed, deals closed, and the revenue those deals generate. You will know you are excelling when your pipeline is full, your CRM is clean, your offers are consistent, and your closed deals reflect the standard of quality this team operates by.
